Ariel’s solid training in addressing and resolving complex legal challenges affords clients substantial benefits. His experience covers diverse aspects ranging from corporate organization to drafting and negotiating shareholder agreements, as well as restructurings, investments, capitalizations, company dissolutions and liquidations, dispute resolution, and advice on strategic transactions.

He earned his degree as attorney from the School of Law and Social Sciences of Universidad Nacional de Asunción in 2018. He also graduated as Notary Public from the same university.

Ariel holds a specialization in university teaching from the School of Philosophy of Universidad Nacional de Asunción.

During his time as law student, Ariel represented Universidad Nacional de Asunción in the international arbitration competition held in Buenos Aries, Argentina, in 2017.

In the years prior to joining FERRERE, he worked for several law firms on matters of civil, administrative, labor and litigation law, among others.
