Her practice focuses on advice to local and international companies on matters related to corporate organization and functioning, restructuring processes, special projects, and day-to-day operations in general. She proposes effective solutions tailored to clients’ company law and corporate governance needs.

She graduated with honors from Universidad Católica “Nuestra Señora de la Asunción” (UCA) in 2023, with emphasis on Private Law. She also represented UCA in the international arbitration competition held in Lima, Peru, in 2023.

During her years as a student, Gianella was a member of the Ferrere Labor and Immigration team, where she participated in day-to-day advice to local companies on labor law issues. In the immigration area, her practice focused on orienting foreign managers and directors on residence in Paraguay as well as on acting as legal representatives of Paraguayan companies.
