Gabriel Rosano Falcón

Gabriel Rosano Falcón is a member of the FERRERE Litigation and Arbitration team.

His practice focuses on advice and assistance on complex civil and commercial disputes for local and international clients in diverse industries, including oil & gas, logistics, maritime, and insurance, among others.

He has experience in civil liability, insolvency and corporate conflict disputes.

Gabriel also participates in the firm’s pro bono initiatives, where he is a tutor in the high school tutorship program at Liceo Jubilar and Fundación Salir Adelante.

In the academic sphere, Gabriel is an instructor in Civil Law II and III at Universidad de la República. He contributed to the book Arbitraje Internacional: El sistema suizo (on international arbitration), published in Argentina in 2025, with a comparative study of Uruguay’s Commercial Arbitration Law, the UNCITRAL Model Law on International Commercial Arbitration, and the Swiss Federal Act on Private International Law.

He is also the author of diverse publications on Civil Law and Procedural Law issues, and has been a participant and speaker at national and international academic conferences on those matters.

He was a member of the team representing Universidad de la República in the 2024 International Competition "Semillero de Derecho Procesal" (Procedural Law Seedbed) organized by Instituto Colombiano de Derecho Procesal, advancing to the semi-finals.
