She advises local and international clients on compliance with corporate obligations and implementation of company strategies geared to efficiency and regulatory compliance.
Her practice includes coordination of shareholders and other corporate meetings, drafting of minutes, powers of attorney, contracts and other corporate documents, as well as arranging updates with the pertinent administrative registries. She is also involved in processes of company organization, reorganization, share transfers, bylaws amendments, and analysis of control structures and ultimate beneficiaries.
Before joining FERRERE, she garnered experience in intellectual property, collaborating on intangible asset protection and management, as well as tracking of administrative and judicial proceedings. She also worked at law firms focusing on civil, commercial and criminal law, and was an intern with the Judiciary, which strengthened her strategic vision of institutional functioning and legal practice.
She earned degrees as attorney and notary public from Universidad Nacional de Asunción in 2021 and 2022, respectively. She is a Specialist in University Teaching and holds a Diploma in Intellectual Property from Instituto René Cassin. Additionally, she completed training at the Judiciary School of the Judicial Council (Escuela Judicial del Consejo de la Magistratura).
