Bibiana Fretes is a member of the company law and corporate governance department at FERRERE Paraguay. Her practice focuses primarily on advice to local and foreign companies on matters of corporate organization, functioning, transformation and liquidation.

 Before joining FERRERE she worked in the litigation department of a well-known Paraguayan law firm and also at Civil and Commercial Courts of first instance, and with the legal department of Petróleos Paraguayos (PETROPAR).

 Bibiana was awarded a scholarship from the Russian government and later did an internship at a law firm in Barcelona (Spain), where she collaborated on judicial litigation involving insurance companies, P&I clubs and shipping companies.
