Her professional practice focuses on labor advice to local and international companies, including drafting and application of employment contracts, generation of internal policies, and preparation of labor documentation, as well as involvement in matters related to human resources and personnel management.

Andrea is a Specialist in University Teaching, holds a diploma in labor law, and has specific training in labor requirements and documentation.

She graduated as attorney from Universidad Católica Nuestra Señora de la Asunción in 2023.

While at the university, she represented Paraguay in two international programs on Public International Law.
