Her professional practice focuses on advising and orienting foreign citizens seeking to work and reside in Uruguay, coordinating and assisting clients on the entire migration process, to ensure that procedures are conducted as quickly and efficiency as possible.

She has prior experience working at different immigration related bodies, such as the International Organization for Migration (IOM) and the NGO Idas y Vueltas, which assists immigrants to Uruguay.

Alfonsina earned her degree in International Affairs from Universidad de la República (Uruguay) in 2025.
