On August 1, 2019, the Secretary for Sports and National Secretariat against Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing (SENACLAFT) signed a cooperation agreement, in order to coordinate policies for prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing in the entities sports.
The agreement is part of a series of measures that address the economic transparency of nonprofit organizations, understanding sports entities as one of the vulnerable sectors within the non-financial obliged subjects.
