Concerned citizens denounced that, during the COVID-19 crisis, several medicines increased their costs and, consequently, the government was required to exercise greater control over their prices.

As a result of this situation, on July 27th of this year, the State Agency of Medicines and Health Technologies (AGEMED), published, in its official website, a list of the maximum prices that can be given to the medicines and supplies that are required during the COVID-19 health emergency.

The AGEMED also pointed out that this list must be respected and exhibited by all pharmacies in the country.
