FERRERE partner Soledad Díaz spoke at the event on Investment Arbitration: a vision from ICSID and recent developments, organized by Universidad de Montevideo and Uruguay Very Young Arbitration Practitioners (UruVyap).
The roundtable consisted of the FERRERE partner and a panel of experts: Francisco Grob (ICSID), Gustavo Topalian (Dechamps International Law) and María Verónica Duarte (Secretariat of the Office of the President of Uruguay).
Additionally, Martín Rosati, in his capacity as co-founder of URUVYAP, addressed the audience in the context of the association’s launch.
