On June 23, 2022, SENACLAFT issued an updated list of Politically Exposed Persons (known as the PEP List). The List is a reference tool for compliance with anti-money laundering and/or counter-terrorism financing rules, which must be applied by financial and nonfinancial sector reporting entities.
