FERRERE was once again recognized by the Latin American Corporate Counsel Association (LACCA) as one of the law firms that advises the most companies in the region. Of the top 100 companies in Latin America, according to LACCA, FERRERE works with 45 of them in at least one of the jurisdictions in which it has a presence: Bolivia, Paraguay and Uruguay.
FERRERE also took first and second place in the local rankings for the volume of its client portfolio.
LACCA gathers the opinions of the 100 most important companies in Latin America and details on which firms advise them. The survey method is based on the news received from the renowned publication Latin Lawyer and information provided by the firms during 2021.
In this edition, the research underscores that, despite the uncertainty and the restrictions put in place in the region, it was a record year for transactions in various jurisdiction, highlighting Fintechs, start-ups and a focus on ESG factors, on which FERRERE is working arduously, with a specialized team.
