Ferrere worked with Nanokem in developing a strategy to obtain the operating licence from the health ministry. The legal work included searching for a means of classifying the company within the current legal framework.
According to Ferrere associate Leticia Aguiar: “The main challenge for us was to design a strategy together with the company that allowed us to frame in the legal framework an activity that had no precedent in the country, or the region.”
