FERRERE assisted Sadia Uruguay S.A. on the sale of poultry producer Avex

FERRERE assisted Sadia Uruguay S.A. on the sale of poultry producer Avex to Granja Tres Arroyos S.A., of Argentina, and Fribel S.A., of Spain.

Avex was the owner of the Brazilian companies BRF S.A. and Sadia Alimentos S.A. and its Uruguayan affiliate.

The poultry processer sold for 45 million dollars.
