FERRERE incorporates Miguel Saguier as a new regional partner, effective January 1, 2023. With this decision, FERRERE continues to strengthen its Dispute Resolution team, with special focus on commercial, civil and contentious-administrative disputes.

FERRERE's regional managing partner, Agustín Mayer West, noted: "It is a great joy to add Miguel Saguier to the firm's team of partners. He has performed extraordinarily well and is a true reflection of the fact that with effort and merit it is possible to go very far, as shown by FERRERE's values and pillars.

FERRERE's managing partner in Paraguay, Nestor Loizaga, said that "we are proud to see Miguel's growth in more than the seven years he has been with the firm, he is a key figure in the Dispute Resolution team, but also contributes a lot from his personal perspective, as he is becoming a model for the younger members of the team".
With the incorporation of Saguier, FERRERE now has 32 regional partners, with a growing commitment to young professionals, as a result of explicit policies for recruiting young talent, mandatory retirement of partners at an early age, and a ban on partners' family members joining the firm.
