FERRERE advised Transportes Centroamericanos del Futuro (TCF), through its holding company Banzai Worldwide, on merger with Grupo Ransa, creating one of the most outstanding logistics groups in the region. In total, the group will have over 9,200 workers in the ten countries where it is present, with more than 70 branches and operating in nearly 20 ports. Additionally, the logistics platform has a fleet of more than 3,000 vehicles and four million square meters of storage space.

In addition to Bolivia, the recently closed deal includes Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Costa Rica and Nicaragua.

FERRERE’s work included coordinating with various firms in the region, as well as preparing the engagement letter for Bonzai Worldwide, reviewing labor and corporate documents, and drafting complex analytical reports on the transaction structure in Bolivia.

FERRERE’s advice was led by partner Diego Villarroel, with a team of practitioners including Jorge Palza, Mauricio Viscarra and Pablo Heredia.
