FERRERE advised the hotel chain Marriot International on the signing of an agreement for the operation of Hotel del Yacht & Golf Club in Asunción.
FERRERE's team carried out a due diligence process on the hotel, as well as the revision of the agreement under Paraguayan law, including real estate, regulatory, intellectual property, corporate and environmental matters.
The agreement, signed in early March, establishes that Marriot will manage the hotel for 20 years, while investing in its renovation.
FERRERE's advice was led by partner Néstor Loizaga, and associates Manfred Heyn, Yvo Salum and Mateo Román.
