FERRERE advised Insigneo, a financial services firm with a prominent presence in Latin America, on the acquisition of 100% of the shares of the investment adviser Citi Asesores de Inversión Uruguay S.A., in the context of a transaction also involving the purchase of Citi International Financial Services of Puerto Rico.
Both companies are part of the Citigroup International Personal Banking business, which offers wealth management services to high-end customers in Latin America and the Caribbean.
