FERRERE advised Fini, the spanish candy and sweets producer, on its landing in Bolivia. With a strong presence in Spain, Brazil, Chile, Peru and Colombia, the company owned by The Fini Company continues its expansion process in Latin America with this operation.
To make this possible, FERRERE assisted Fini in the incorporation of the company, in obtaining all registrations and permits from the country's regulatory authorities, and in implementing its business and labor strategy.
