Decree 052/022 of January 25, 2022, extends until May 31, 2022, the deadline set in Article 6 of Decree 355/021 of October 21, 2021, which creates the obligation to establish an electronic domicile (DOMEL, per its Spanish acronym), with the National Secretariat for the Fight against Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism (SENACLAFT), as the only valid means of notification to be used by SENACLAFT. The DOMEL must be constituted by the regulated entities of the non-financial sector and any individual or legal entity that carries out procedures before SENACLAFT.
