FERRERE senior associate David Toscano participated as panelist at the 10th National Arbitration Conference, organized on November 8 by the Ecuadorian Arbitration Institute, the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the Ecuadorian-American Chamber of Commerce and the Law School of Universidad de las Américas.

He spoke on “Arbitrators and Conflicts of Interest: Is it desirable to eliminate lists of arbitrators at arbitration centers?” in a panel moderated by Alegría Jijón Andrade, which also had the participation of Blanca Gómez de la Torre, Teresa Nuques Martínez and Alejandro Sarzosa Larrea.
