Her practice focuses on comprehensive advice to companies on their day-to-day operations, including drafting and review of a variety of commercial contracts, such as construction, distribution, services, transport and logistics agreements. She also participates in the preparation of commercial and maritime documentation, including bills of lading, letters of Intent and engagement letters, in both Spanish and English. She has experience advising local and multinational companies in sectors such as industrial, shipping, technology and farming, as well as companies engaging in product representation, distribution and commercialization. In the telecoms area, she advises companies on regulatory compliance for obtaining permits, registrations and homologations from CONATEL, the telecommunications regulator, for internet, telephony and satellite services, including aviation, land and maritime solutions. She has also participated in mergers and acquisitions, providing support on corporate regulatory and compliance issues.
She has experience, in the context of a secondment for a leading international shipping company in the logistics sector, in providing corporate and regulatory advice on their daily operations.
She earned her degree as attorney from Universidad Nacional de Asunción (UNA). She has participated in international arbitration competitions, representing her university in the Moot Madrid 2024 and in the 2025 International Arbitration Competition in Lima, Peru, where her team was recognized for the quality of their written presentations and achieved an outstanding position among teams from all of Latin America. She has also published legal articles in the Cinco Días newspaper on issues related to the logistics sector and telecommunications.
