Her practice area centers on advice and assistance to local and international clients on civil and commercial matters.

Sofía focuses on advising on and bringing judicial and extrajudicial actions for asset recovery, and works with clients such as SCOTIABANK URUGUAY S.A., OCA S.A., and INAC, among others.

She also is knowledgeable and experienced in insolvency proceedings, representing insolvent companies as well as large creditors.

Sofía earned her degree as attorney from the law school of Universidad de la República in 2024.
