Sabrina Muñoz

Sabrina Muñoz is an associate on the FERRERE Company Law and Corporate Governance team in Asunción.

Her practice focuses on comprehensive company law advice, including organization and coordination of meetings of corporate bodies, as well as preparation of minutes, powers of attorney, contracts and other corporate documentation. She assists clients on compliance with formal obligations with administrative registries and competent authorities.

She also participates in the organization and reorganization of companies, share transfers and bylaws amendments. Her experience also covers analysis of control structures, corporate governance and identification of ultimate beneficiaries, providing practical solutions in line with business needs.

She earned her degree as attorney from Universidad Católica “Nuestra Señora de la Asunción” (2025) and is currently enrolled in the Notarial degree program at the same university. She did her final degree paper on Paraguayan Arbitration Law, including a comparative analysis between the year 2002 rules and the most recent reform, with emphasis on the chief changes introduced and their impact on the current arbitral regime. During her academic training she participated in the Free Competition Moot held in Lima, Peru, in 2024, and attended diverse talks and conferences on arbitration, consolidating her interest in the subject.

Before joining FERRERE, she garnered professional experience in different areas. She participated in a family food industry, where she worked in the administrative area, collaborating with operating management. She was also part of a law firm, where she acquired experience in judicial and administrative claims, assisting on file management, procedural tracking and other legal support activities. She also worked with her family’s livestock and meat business, in the administrative, marketing and human resource areas.
