Her practice focuses on advice to local and international companies on company law and corporate governance matters, including organization and reorganization of corporate structures, bylaws amendments, capital transactions, mergers and acquisitions, as well as compliance with corporate obligations. She also has experience in preparing and reviewing commercial agreements and transaction documents for a variety of business sectors.

She participates in advising companies in the energy sector on regulatory aspects of their activity in Uruguay, including energy generation and commercialization projects, as well as their interactions with regulators and other market players.

She has also been involved in financing transactions related to energy and infrastructure projects, collaborating on their negotiation and documentation.

Additionally, se regularly advises civil associations, foundations and other nonprofit entities on corporate, regulatory and institutional governance matters.
