Her practice focuses on comprehensive company law and governance advice with special emphasis on managing and documenting different corporate vehicles. She assists local and international companies in preparing minutes, powers of attorney and other corporate instruments, as well as in updating their administrative records.
She also provides assistance on corporate organization processes, bylaws amendments, share transfers, and company reorganizations, dissolutions and liquidations. She participates in structuring control chains and analyzing ultimate beneficiaries, guiding clients in regulatory compliance before administrative authorities and supervisory agencies.
Before joining FERRERE, she garnered experience in the judiciary as intern with the Civil, Commercial and Labor Court of the Judicial District of Amambay and at the Public Defender’s Office in Pedro Juan Caballero.
She also worked as notarial clerk as well as law firm assistant, where she participated in managing litigation, particularly executive proceedings and preparatory executive actions. She was also a teaching assistant for the Civil Law Clinic course at Universidad Católica “Nuestra Señora de la Asunción,” Pedro Juan Caballero Pedagogical Unit.
Rebeca earned her degree as attorney from Universidad Católica “Nuestra Señora de la Asunción,” Pedro Juan Caballero Pedagogical Unit. She complete a diploma in University Teaching at the same institution.
During her university training she was a member of the Law Students Center of Universidad Católica “Nuestra Señora de la Asunción” (CEDUC), where she held the office of First Secretary and participated in organizing talks and projects for the student community.
