He has experience in mergers and acquisitions in diverse activity sectors, corporate reorganizations and regulatory compliance, as well as in preparing corporate documentation and analyzing legal contingencies in the context of complex commercial transactions and operations.

During his graduate studies leading to a Master’s in Business Law at Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona, he worked with a recognized law firm in that city, where he participated in advising on commercial and company law matters.
