As part of her day-to-day practice she focuses on advice on complex corporate structurings and general company and corporate law matters, as well as drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.

María Eugenia Gitto is a member of the FERRERE Company & Corporate and Energy & Infrastructure teams.

As part of her day-to-day practice she focuses on advice on complex corporate structurings and general company and corporate law matters, as well as drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.

She also participates in due diligence procedures in preparation for company transactions and mergers.  

María Eugenia has broad experience advising local and international companies on developing projects focused primarily on forestry, energy and renewable resources. She also participated for several years on the process of setting up and launching international projects in Uruguay.
