Her practice focuses on advising local and foreign companies on company law, corporate and governance matters, assisting them on structuring, organizing and developing their businesses.

She counsels companies and business groups on diverse aspects related to their organization and functioning, including company incorporation and reorganization, bylaws amendments, share structures, shareholder agreements, transfers of interests and other corporate transactions. She also participates in the preparation and implementation of corporate structures and compliance with corporate obligations and governance.

She has experience in preparing and reviewing company and corporate documentation, as well as in adjusting and regularizing their legal structures, including updating of books and corporate records, preparation of company minutes and assistance on procedures with administrative authorities. She also participates in due diligence procedures and in matters in connection with company reorganizations and transactions.

During her university studies, she participated as a member of the Paraguayan team in the Moot de Libre Competencia held in Lima, Peru, en 2024. She has also participated in diverse academic activities related to the law, and has published papers and articles of legal analysis in specialized Paraguayan journals.

She earned her degree as attorney from Universidad Católica “Nuestra Señora de la Asunción” and is currently enrolled in the Notary degree program at the same university.
