Her professional practice involves day-to-day advice to local and international companies on recurrent company law and corporate governance aspects of their operations.

This includes bylaws amendments, capitalizations, equity structuring, dissolution and liquidation of commercial companies, and shareholders agreements. It also comprises drafting and analysis of commercial and corporate agreements.
