Her practice focuses on advice to local and international companies on Intellectual Property, Copyright and Innovation matters, providing comprehensive assistance on trademark registration processes, patents, drawings and industrial designs, at local and international levels.

She has broad experience in trademark portfolio management, as well as filing, counseling, drafting and negotiating contracts related to industrial property, including  assignments and licenses.

Before joining FERRERE, she worked with Zacarias & Fernández, a firm specializing in Intellectual Property.

She earned her degree as attorney, cum laude, from the School of Law and Diplomacy of Universidad Católica Nuestra Señora de la Asunción (Paraguay) in 2018. In 2025, she obtained a Master’s in Intellectual Property and Innovation from Universidad de San Andrés, strengthening her academic training and her strategic approach to intangible asset protection.
