Eugenia Moreno

Eugenia Moreno Gonçalves is a member of the FERERRE Intellectual Property team, which provides comprehensive advice on trademarks, patents, domain names, software and copyrights, among other intangibles.

Her practice covers strategic management of trademark portfolios, including registration, renewal, vigilance and defense in both administrative and litigious venues. She also participates in advising on registration and protection of patents, utility models and industrial designs.

Her practice focuses particularly on copyrights, assisting artists, companies and right holders on protection their creations and developing strategies in line with their needs.
Eugenia earned her degree as attorney from Universidad de la República (Montevideo) and holds certifications in Strategic Thinking & Business from University at Albany, State University of New York (Albany, New York).

She also has teaching experience in Law and Political Science in secondary education, and is an Adjunct Professor in Law of Persons, Property and Modes of Acquisition at the Law School of Universidad CLAEH (Punta del Este), with which she complements her professional practice.
