FERRERE partner Verónica Raffo was recognized as the most well-reputed woman business leader in Uruguay, according to the Corporate Reputation Business Monitor (MERCO) published by the El País newspaper.

Raffo is number one on the list of 20 women included in the ranking of “the 100 most well-reputed leaders in Uruguay” and fifth in the general ranking.  She is preceded by Horacio Vilaró (Banco Itaú), Nicolás Jodal (Genexus), Orlando Dovat (Zonamérica) and Carlos Lecueder (Montevideo Shopping), who holds the first spot.

The monitor, created in 2000, uses attributes such as transparency, independence and rigor to prepare its rankings.

In Uruguay it also ranked “the 100 best companies in Corporate Responsibility and Governance” and “the 100 companies with the best Corporate Reputation,” where FERRERE was number 65 and third in its industry. MERCO also prepares the Merco Consumer Ranking.
