As of today, April 20, 2020, the National Intellectual Property Service (SENAPI) has made available the possibility of electronic fillings via email. It is therefore now possible to file new trademark and patent applications, as well as renewals and modifications.
SENAPI is accepting these filings via email due to the national health emergency and total quarantine declared in all Bolivian territory by Supreme Decree Nº 4200/2020, which requires all public and private institutions to remain closed until April 30, 2020.
