The Municipality of the Quito Metropolitan District (MDMQ) presented, at the Quito Invest event, a catalogue of investment projects contributing to the local government’s fulfillment of its goals in connection with sustainability, the environment, responsible mobility, tourism, social housing, and services. The business models suggested by the MDMQ are: PPPs in BOT (Building, Operate, Transfer) mode, trusts or loans, and direct investment.
The municipality is working on the bidding conditions in order to set public tender dates for these business opportunities.
Among these projects the attached stand out for the investment amounts involved.
