The FERRERE partner and member of its Tax team in Uruguay was distinguished in the Women in Business Law Awards 2021, in the Best Tax Lawyer in Latin America category, for the second consecutive year.
Laventure was distinguished for having participated in nearly all the department’s cases and for fostering, as a member of the firm’s Diversity Committee, internal and external actions to promote equality of opportunities for men and women.
The Women in Business Law awards, once again given out in a virtual ceremony, are a recognition of the achievements of the best women lawyers in the Americas, as well as of the firms having the best initiatives and actions to address gender diversity
The awards are organized by Legal Media Group, an organization that includes prestigious international publications, such as International Financial Law Review (IFLR), International Tax Review (ITR) and Managing IP.
