FERRERE represented Gnvgroup, an Argentine real estate developer, in its investment in the construction of a Word Trade Center (WTC) business complex in Urubó, Santa Cruz, Bolivia.
The business complex will be part of a network of 389 WTCs located in 89 countries.
Gnvgroup has a history of developing business zones in Latin America, having previously invested over $150M in the Puerto Madero complex in Buenos Aires.
Construction will include two towers, the first of which is scheduled to be completed in 2019.
