FERRERE advised Nuseed on its setting up in Uruguay and throughout the process of seeking the best alternative for establishing a strategic alliance with IPB Seeds, as a way to boost Nuseed’s entrance into the country. The process was initiated in May 2013. After several months of on-going negotiations, Nuseed and IPB Seeds partners´ decided to structure the transaction as a strategic exclusive alliance in Uruguay for the production, distribution and development of sorghum hybrids.
