Located in Montevideo, CCC Medical Devices designs and produces a range of devices for medical device companies all over the world. With the acquisition of CCC, Greatbatch Ltd. aims to enhance its medical device innovation efforts.
FERRERE participated in the due diligence process over CCC, and took active part in the negotiation and closing of the Share Purchase Agreement, finally executed on August 12, 2014.
