CIFI granted an up to USD15,5 million bridge loan to San Francisco S.A.
CIFI retained FERRERE Paraguay to act as local counsel regarding its first-ever-loan in the country.
CIFI granted a bridge loan of up to USD15,5 million to San Francisco S.A., aimed at supporting the Company with (i) the overall refinancing of the Company´s existing long term debt and; (ii) the provision of fresh funds for the construction of a new Port Terminal in the city of Villeta, Paraguay.
