FERRERE announced today the move of its Asunción, Paraguay, offices to floors 24 and 25 of the recently inaugurated Torres del Paseo, part of a USD 200 million development project, considered one of the most modern and sophisticated corporate buildings in South America. In addition to doubling office space, the new location’s lead generation technology and infrastructure set an unprecedented standard in the Paraguayan market, and put the offices on a par with the region’s most advanced market leaders.

The move completes a four-year plan for expansion and investment in infrastructure and technology, launched by FERRERE in 2013 with the move to its own corporate building in Uruguay, followed by opening of offices in Quito, Guayaquil and Manta in Ecuador, as well as opening of its Cochabamba office, and the recent move to lead generation offices in La Paz and Santa Cruz in Bolivia. The firm has a total of 10 main offices in the four countries in which it operates, Bolivia, Ecuador, Paraguay and Uruguay.

Néstor Loizaga, FERRERE Paraguay managing partner, said: “everything we do aims to give the particular category of clients we target a differential service they cannot find with any other option. World-class infrastructure is not everything, and it could even be said that it’s not the main thing, but in today’s world advanced infrastructure and technology are essential elements for serving our clients with the quality, speed, consistency and accessibility we seek. This investment in technology and convenience is one more step in the firm’s growth, keeping pace with the vibrant Paraguayan market. In a certain way, too, with their impact on the comfort and personal pride of our members, these magnificent offices are the physical reflection of the values of meritocracy, respect, non-family membership, and strong commitment to women’s leadership that are the FERRERE cornerstones.”

Andrés Cerisola, FERRERE’s regional managing partner, stated: “Today FERRERE is completing another phase in its regional expansion strategy of these past years. To our expansion in terms of jurisdictions, the deepening of our regionally-integrated practice groups, the repatriation of talent from developed markets, and the aggressive incorporation of technology, we have added an investment effort to put all our offices homogeneously at the level of the most developed and demanding markets. FERRERE has a clear and systematically applied strategy of differentiation, supported by its regional nature, highly specialized practice groups, knowledge management, strong understanding of industry, US-style professional methods, and cutting edge infrastructure and technology. Our plan will be complete with the 2018 goal of having leading offices in our four jurisdictions, a project we believe will signify a further qualitative change on which we are now focusing all of our energies.”
