FERRERE advised Trailer Films on pre-production, production and post-production stages of the film “Higuita: The Way of the Scorpion,” telling the story of the life and career of René Higuita, the legendary goalie of Colombia’s national soccer team, which was released at the beginning of November.
In the movie, written and directed by Luis Ara, viewers will see Carlos “El Pibe” Valderrama, Hernán Gómez, Francisco Maturana, among other key cast members, sharing their experiences and opinions of one of the most glorious players on the Colombian national squad.
FERRERE’s work included advice on all contracts, including negotiations with René and his son in connection with image rights. It also involved negotiations between the production company and Netflix, as well as with actors and suppliers in general.
