FERRERE advised the Salvadoran group Unicomer on the purchase of Electrofácil, Paraguay’s largest household appliances and sales chain, with 12 stores and 500 employees.
The decision will launch the Salvadoran multinational’s operations in Paraguay, expanding its presence to 21 countries, covering Central America, South America, the Caribbean and the United States.
FERRERE accompanied Unicomer in the due diligence process, share purchase agreement and closing of the deal.
