The portfolio of Inkia Energy – the Peruvian affiliate of IC Power through which the deal was done- includes hydroelectric, wind and thermal facilities, as well as an electric utility that serves 1.7 million people. These assets, whose combined installed capacity is 3.4 gigawatts, are distributed over Bolivia, Chile, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Guatemala, Jamaica, Nicaragua, Panama and Peru.
