FERRERE Paraguay represented the Dutch Development Bank FMO in the purchase of the second tranche of subordinated bonds from Sudameris Bank S.A.E.C.A. for USD10 million, issued for the expansion of its financial portfolio that will enable it to cover expected growth in the upcoming years.
The firm was in charge of drafting and negotiating the bond purchase agreement between the broker, FMO, Sudameris and their parent companies, as well as coordinating closing.
In 2013, FERRERE had represented the Dutch Development Bank FMO in the purchase of the first tranche bonds, for the same value.
