FERRERE advised EnvíoPet in its corporate restructuring in Bolivia. The transaction involved the acquisition by Epet Hold LLC (Epet Hold) of 99% of the shares in the Bolivian company. Epet Hold is a US-based company and a member of the same group as EnvíosPet.
EnvíosPet is the Petshop with the largest variety of products for dogs and cats, with a special focus on e-commerce, express delivery and customer service, currently expanding and it already has offices in Paraguay.
