Bolivia is seeking to establish improved mechanisms to ensure debureaucratization of procedures and steps for organizing and operating both public and private business units.

In this context it has created an integrated system of relevant information for organization and improved operation of companies, which brings together information from the Registry of Commerce, the National Tax Service, the Social Security Administration, the Ministry of Labor, and the National Farm Health and Food Safety Service. It has also created an electronic trade gazette (Gaceta Electrónica de Comercio) that will provide for consolidated publication of acts of trade.

The law will be regulated within 90 days, so that the new system should be fully operative by May of this year.
