Kaskira, an Argentina-based investment group who turned to Uruguay's FERRERE Abogados and Argentine firm Llerena & Asociados in the case, has won a decision from a Uruguayan court ruling that all future disputes with a Casino in the country must be heard by an arbitral tribunal.
