Agustín Mayer, FERRERE regional managing partner, and Alejandro Alterwain, counsel on the firm’s Intellectual Property (IP) team in Uruguay, were spotlighted in the 2026 edition of WTR Global Leaders, the guide prepared by World Trademark Review (WTR) that brings together “the best of the best” in international trademark work.
The publication identifies specialists and thought leaders at law firms and companies who stand out for their experience, knowledge and contribution to development of the IP and trademark practice.
The inclusion of Mayer and Alterwain, on a list of only nine distinguished practitioners in Uruguay, reflects international recognition of their professional careers and of FERRERE’s practice. For Mayer, it is his seventh consecutive inclusion.
