The Managing Partner of FERRERE Abogados, Agustín Mayer, participated in the conversation on “21st Century Attorneys: what skills make the difference?” organized by the Law School of Uruguay’s Universidad Católica.
The event addressed the challenges faced by new generations of attorneys and the characteristics that make them stand out. “We have to move toward specialization in teams. Teams that to function must have a leader who inspires trust. It’s impossible to work without trusting team members, without leveraging one another’s strengths,” explained Agustín Mayer.
The panel, held on October 24, included other distinguished experts: Fernando de Posadas (Posadas, Posadas y Vecino), Nicolás Herrera (Jiménez de Aréchaga, Viana y Brause), Héctor Ferreira (Hughes y Hughes), and Juan Manuel Mercant (Guyer y Regules).
